WE WEAR MASKS AND TAKE OUR TEMPERATURES AT THE BEGINNING OF EACH SHIFT.
WE PROMISE TO NEVER ALLOW ANYONE WHO IS ILL TO PREPARE YOUR FOOD.
We have NEVER allowed staff to work with a fever and we have ALWAYS required a doctors release to return to work if any staff member is out with a fever.
ALL DELIVERY PEOPLE WILL WEAR GLOVES AND MASK FOR YOUR PROTECTION.
We have always take hygiene seriously and will continue to do so.
Here are the precautions that we take and additional protocols we have added to keep everyone safe.
Staff wash hands every 30 minutes and after handling dirty dishes, using the bathroom, and returning to the kitchen.
We use Vinyl Gloves in all food preparation and while cleaning.
We are above restaurant standards by soaking our silverware in a bleach solution prior to double washing them in a dish washer that is maintained by AutoChlor - a leader in the sanitizing industry
We wipe our tables with an antimicrobial solution and clean and sanitize them at closing time.
We remove and clean our condiment containers after each use.
We clean our light switches, doors, and door handles at least 3 times a day.
We provide hand sanitizer to our guests and staff at multiple stations around the kitchen and restaurant.
We clean our baby changing station twice daily and provide single use changing pads to protect your children
We clean our high chairs and booster seats after each use with clorox wipes and spray them with lysol spray. We also wash the booster seats in our sanitizing dish washer at least once a day.
We sanitize and clean our bathrooms including switches and faucets on a schedule and spray everything with lysol brand spray.
We clean our mint bowl at the front at least once a week.
We added providing guests with sanitizing handy wipes at their tables.
We have added more frequent sanitizing and cleaning at all levels.
